Preparation

When performing exterior work and working in high areas, the safety of each employee is paramount. all employees are properly trained on all tools, ladders and man lift equipment.

We start our exteriors by moving all lawn furniture and small items as needed, cover all walkways, driveways, roofs and vegetation, and masking items that cant be removed.

Other preparation includes scraping all loose and peeling paint, sanding to a tight surface, priming with the appropriate primer, and caulking all joints and cracks. If the elements have taken a foothold and caused deterioration or rotted wood, we can take care of these repairs as well.

For older homes that may contain lead based paint, we follow all lead safe procedures to protect the employees and families we work for.
